Position: Social Media Specialist potential users. We are looking for a driven Social Media Specialist to attract and interact with targeted audiences as well as other Objective The goal is to gradually achieve superior customer engagement and intimacy, website traffic and revenue by strategically exploiting all aspects of the social media marketing roadmap. Responsibilities - Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, comparison and analysis, as well as audience identification - Generate, edit, publish and share content that helps to build up branding and bring awareness of products to the public - Work with the team to strategize increasing of visibility of company’s online presence and optimize social media content so that it is engaging - Create editorial calendars and schedules to upload online content Analyze metrics and insights from exposure and reach of social media content before acting on the information Requirements and Skills - 1-2 years of relevant working experience in social media marketing - Proficient in, writing, editing (photo/ video/ captions), presentation and communication skills - Some experience in photo/ video taking is highly preferred - Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge - Adequate knowledge in SEO - Knowledge of online marketing and strong understanding of major marketing channels and platforms - Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability - Fluency in English


Position: Custom PC Specialist / Engineer / Technician Objective The position will be joining our fulfilment team to build, test and troubleshoot and be the backbone of the company, focusing on perfection in order to produce and present perfect systems to our customers Responsibilities - Sorting and checking of component lists for individual custom PC builds. - QC and quality control for custom PCs - Assembly and stress-testing of custom PCs - Work as part of our custom PC team to ensure deadlines are met for customers and their builds. - Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements - Pride and a sense of responsibility for your craft is a must. - Positive work attitude - Eye for detail and no compromise attitude towards quality e.g. cable management - Training will be provided, but personal experience with system building is an added advantage.


Position: Online Sales Team Responsibilities - Manage various channels of communication with customers such as emails, phone calls, Whatsapp for Business, live chats (Facebook/ Instagram) - Deliver reliable and accurate advice and support to customers for all purposes in a swift and precise manner - Handle customer enquiries, complaints and feedback in a professional and respectable manner - Provide Level 1 technical troubleshooting assistance and ensure clear, concise advice and instructions are provided whenever needed - Provide periodic/ regular updates to customers about ongoing orders - Provide reassurance and assistance to customers after orders are sent out to ensure all components are working properly before marking sale as completed - Obtaining and sharing customer feedback with colleagues and other departments to improve products and service - Constantly liaise with internal departments to provide real-time updates on orders/ latest information on new product(s) - Constant engagement with management to improve business processes - Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements - 1-2 years of relevant work experience in sales or customer service and experience is preferred However, fresh grads are welcomed as training will be provided - Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills - Experience in CRM systems is a plus. - Candidates who possess technical knowledge with a huge interest in gaming is strongly sought after
